I have had some from giveaways that weren't worth the paper they were not printed on. Trying to sell them would only lower or completely ruin your reputation. They in some cases were obviously not written by the purported author but rather by a to me poor outsourcer. Even if I outsourced the writing of an ebook I would make sure I read it and checked it for grammar errors before publishing it. This would ensure I would be able to stand over it myself.
