I have written this page to have a common page for all resources and programs that I recommend to assist you in your Internet Marketing Business.
The first essential item you need is a domain name and my suggestion is that you get this from Name Cheap. I also recommend that you get your own name and a dot com domain as this will help you to brand yourself.
The second essentiasl item needed is Hosting and I recommend Hostgator where you can get your first month for 1 cent by clicking on the link. Hosting is where your domain is hosted for you and is then accessable to everyone worldwide 24/7/365.
The third essential item needed is an autoresponder and I recommend Aweber who will give you your first month for $1 and then $19 per month. Without an autoresponder you will not be able to build your mailing list and thus make an income from email marketing. I fell it is very important to have an easy to use autoresponder and Aweber have loads of training videos to show you how to set everything up. These videos are available on Aweber’s site to anyone even before you sign up to their autoresponder.
This item is not essential but if you want to learn the right way to market on the internet then it will be of great benefit to you. It is the Internet Business CodeX (IBCX) coaching and mentoring program put together by Gary Simpson from Australia and Garry Parkes from the UK. These two guys spent at least 18 months putting this together and since the coaching first started have had ZERO refund requests – unheard of in IM. It has now been relaunched as an evergreen process which costs $4.95 for the first 10 days and then $37 per month for as long as you remain a member.
Another recommended program is Web Video Mastery which comes from IBCX as part of your ongoing membership. It teaches via video and PDF how to create screen capture videos using free tools which you may already have on your computer.
